  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged product).

• Refunds

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

• Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage or defect.
  • We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
